Date

Using the month and year in your release advises that this the latest information.

Paragraphs

When it comes to writing the paragraphs for your release remember to be clear and concise. Providing information which may be required in a write up is helpful and saves questions at a later date. Use around 3-4 short paragraphs, anything longer and your reader may lose interest. Nobody wants to read waffle as it doesn’t add any value to your press release and makes it lack impact.

Any images

If you’re looking to place any images, either alongside the paragraphs or directly underneath. Images tend to be used in fashion, home or beauty releases.

Company information
