Giftivity – Woocommerce Website Build

Giftivity are a new online shop catering for the Gifts and Home Accessories sectors. They focus on the unusual and inspirational with products from gifts for children and adults alongside quirky and bespoke accessories to make your house a home.

The Challenge:

To build a fully functional Ecommerce Store that could retail products online straight from the day of go-live! The style needed to be along the lines of a high end boutique with a simple and easy to use interface.

Key pages need to be able to support an aggressive SEO Campaign going forward with the functionality for Google Shopping as well. Katie, the brand owner also needed to be able to update key areas of the site in-house after go-live.

Our Solution:

Using a Woocommerce Solution we designed and built a bespoke Ecommerce Site to the above requirements. Working with a professional photographer we took a set of engaging, high resolution photos that portrayed the brand in a unique light.

Our in-house content team created over 4000 words of unique content that was uploaded to key pages to support the intended SEO Campaign going forward.

Our web team created and uploaded 100 products whilst the site was still in development to facilitate the creation of a strategic on-site category tree delivered through a mega menu structure meaning that when the site went live Google Shopping could be set up and run immediately.

Google Analytics and Search Console were integrated to allow tracking when the site was live
