The Horizons Group sell a wide range of high end Garage Doors, Roller Shutters, Veranda’s, Awnings and Entrance Doors across Warwickshire and Slough. They also offer Service and Repairs for their customers. They cover both the residential and commercial sectors.

Set up a number of Target Specific Service Related Campaigns with Single Intention Ad Groups.
Using Google Analytics to refine the most Optimal Search terms and identify Key User Metrics to further optimise the Google Ads Campaigns.

The Challenge:

Ben, the owner of The Horizons Group made a conscious decision to expand his customer base in both Warwickshire and Slough with a large chunk of investment capital set aside for this purpose.

Our Solution:

We were commissioned to set up and manage Google Ads initially to target sales of the Garage Doors that The Horizons Group offer.

We created a number of Range specific Campaigns for maximum relevance in delivering the Ads.

Each Campaign was broken down into Single Intention Ad Groups, (SIAG) with carefully selected keywords based on maximum user intent these were then uploaded to the Google ads Account as a mixture of Phrase and Modified Broad Match.

We also used highly specific location targeting to reach a customer base with disposable income who could afford the luxury product on offer.

After go-live we used a number of Bidding Experiments to determine the most optimal range of searches specific to buying intent whilst at the same time keeping very tight control of the Negative Keyword Groups to filter out invalid clicks.
